Passionate about sports and life. I always knew I didn't want to lead an ordinary life and that I had been given what was necessary to do uncommon things and thus change the lives of many, I just lacked the how, which I found in triathlon.
Since then, I've been on a daily pursuit to find my best self both inside and outside of sports, and to encourage others to do the same.

The forms of art I seek to master are endurance sports, breathing/meditation, and, most importantly, reaching my highest level as a coach in these areas. As a former scientist, I have an analytical mind when it comes to training and I love to analyze athlete data. However, I believe that coaching is more of an art than a science and that there should be a combination of logic and intuition when it comes to training athletes.

I am a Shoemaker with an overflowing passion for sports. I enjoy sharing experiences and love the excitement of competition. My personality is defined by being kind and friendly, and I consider one of my greatest virtues to be the ability to listen. My true passion lies in the three segments of triathlon, but among them, running holds a special place in my heart. Currently, I am studying psychology, and my goal is to accompany others on their journey to their best selves. Since laced up my sneakers for the first time 13 years ago for my first race, I discovered the impact that this sport can have on people's lives, as well as the importance of resilience and empathy. I am a perseverant and determined person. I find joy in the simple pleasures of life like having coffee and engaging in conversations that make life extraordinary.
